If your order placed until 17:00 is not subject to any malfunction, the orders placed after 17:00 on the same day are delivered to the courier company to be sent to the address you requested within the next working day.
Delivery time and conditions may vary in cases caused by the recipient (absence at the address, absence of a receipt authority, the recipient has moved from the address, etc.). The tracking process will begin when your order is shipped. You can reach the cargo tracking number required to track your order by clicking on the relevant order in the "My Orders" section under the my account menu title. You can receive your order from the cargo officer according to the delivery policy of the cargo company we have contracted with.
Please open the shipping box when receiving your product and make sure that its contents are complete and undamaged. In case of any mishaps, send the product back by keeping a report to the cargo officer. If needed, you can get support from our Customer Services by calling 0543 653 2702. If you are not present at the address during delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after checking his photo ID and signature.
If there is no one at the address at the time of delivery, the courier officer will leave a notice to you. As of the business day following the release of the news note, a second call will be made to the same address. Delivery will be made within 2 days after you call the Customer Service of the Cargo company and inform you of the time zone where you can receive your order at home.
It is not replaced the person taking the order after give an order.
In the delivery to the address, all cargoes are delivered to you through the Cargo company we have contracted with.
